The original brass data plate reads-

Original U.S. GWOT Bilingual Restricted Controlled Area Sign - 12 x 17⅞” German Field Gear probably in the 1890s orOriginal Item. Only One Available. Now this is a stunning piece, a military restricted area sign dating to the Global War on Terror. The sign measures 12 x 17 and is in good shape with some scuffing in the paint. The sign shows the displayed text in both English and Arabic. There is some wear to the sign overall, but it is a really stellar piece brought back from the Middle East. This will make for a great display in your man cave or war room. Comes
